If you don't mind spending a lot of money for shadey construction, leaking windows, poor management, and spiders-then this place is for you. They also hike up your rent if you want to stay there for more than a year, so plan to only live there for a short period of time.

I've been at Turnberry for about 3 years and I had a window leak as well. While it took a while to fix ( about 2-3 weeks) because of weather, I didn't think it was unreasonable. Yes, we do have spiders and other lovely insects, but we live along the woods - what do you expect? I have lived in several apartments over the years and I think the community by far is one of the best in East Columbus/Pickerington.
