I have lived at Turnberry for over 10 years, along with many of my neighbors. The majority of my neighbors have been here for 5 or more years and we plan on staying. I know of no perfect community, but this seems to be one of the best. The staff, both office and maintenance is attentive and caring. I have never had a work request wait more than 1 day and office is very kind and caring. They fed my cat for me on an emergency when I had to attend a funeral. The landscaping is wonderful and I've see the manager plant and dig things herself - now when is the last time a manager was really out there. They also have lots of events and parties and I've gotten to know many people becuase the staff goes out of their way to make everyone here feel so friendly. Yes, I do know that the rent goes up and usually prices go up everywhere, but I really don't think that you can beat the location, the size and the staff. I came from a home and I have no intention of buying again. This is it for me.
