The Outside of Turnberry looks nice, but that is all they care about. I lived here for little over 2 1/2 years, I would of moved out but it would of cost me a lot of money. There is no parking, the utilities are outrageous, maintenance staff are nice, but they take there time to get to things that they feel are not as important to them. We had a smoke detector go off for hours, called and never got a call back. They give no notice on coming into your apartment, they leave doors unlocked and sometimes open. The rent goes up in extreme amounts every year. The property manager is very rude and unaccommodating. They do not wish to return calls apply with request, nor work with you if needed.. They don't care about anything but getting money from you. They will charge you 15 dollars for 4 dollar blinds. They are just as rude at main offices, AEC apartments... Bad choice go somewhere else to live maybe your car will not get broken into, mine did on my wedding night.....YOu can hear everything through the walls, if you do move hope you do not get a cog next door or loud neighbors. Fixed a water heater after two days without water, then that night I was not comfortable with work done and called fire department to check for CO2, they told me I should call the city on turnberry.

How many negative ratings are you going to put on? You hav expressed your opinion on three areas... I have lived here myself as well as my mother and sister at different times. While you are free to your opinion, you should try and look at the whole picture. I have renewed and yes my rent went up $15. Yes, they do charge a lot for late fees. However, i have found that no matter what they say the same thing. I had my car broken into at work in a partking garage and had my garage remote stolen. I called up after hours concerned and the maintenace man came out after hours and changed my code and gave me a new remote. They will help if it is in the ability. They are in a business not a charity. Fees are to be expected, but a caring staff is not expected and they do care their.. I would be surprised if you could find another community that is better.

Really 15 dollars mine went up each year by 50-80 dollars so they must just do this to me, but I had 4-5 neighbors in 2 1/2 years not really because they are a great place to live, but because they don't support there residents. I know this because I talked to them. When I moved in there the property manager was extremely nice and wanted to help but she was only there for 6 months. I am surprised that you believe that they care you must work there or something. K

The staff is non-responsive to emails and they never answer the phone. They don't know the difference between rude and professional behavior... Seem obsessed with fees - why are they listed on the ACTIVITIES for each month??? It could be a nice place one day... older property needs a TOTAL makeover
