Will be moving out asap. Apt is way overpriced and built with cheap materials. Rent goes up every year, office is rude, pet policies ridiculous, and this complex is the most invasive to my privacy of any place i've ever lived. This a place of business not a place to call home and they remind you of this just about once a month with fees, nasty notices etc. I've lived in far more pleasant places for a lot less money. Stay away!!!

Ok I have read alot of these and I always get a kick out of people who live in a place for years but never move just complain. Also-why do you hold it against a business for doing what a business is supposed to do? Just curious.

there is dog poop on the private patio's grass and they do nothing about it people do not pick up after their dogs, it is just unbelievable let alone unsanitary. Complains get you nowhere. They should sweep the entrances to the 1bd. apts. Always full of leaves and cig. buds. It is a nice location but, the common areas are not kept neat.

I have never, ever received a nasty notice. My question, at this point, is what did you fail to do (according to the lease you signed) in order to receive a notice? As I said, I have yet to receive such a notice. But perhaps that's because I follow the terms of my lease agreement?
