Look elsewhere if you want to live someplace nice where the office staff are not liars and you don't want to be charged for every little thing. I recently moved out of this place after living here for several years. They are now charging me for things that I was told I would not be charged for and in my opinion are making things up just to get more money. They should expect to have professionals clean a unit when someone moves out no matter how good a job the person who left does. They should also expect to replace carpeting and flooring that is several years old and not charge the previous resident. Isn't that what the high rent is for' And the office staff is rude and lies about everything. There are much nicer and friendlier places to live!!

I'm sorry that you feel this way, we do have professional cleaners clean the apartments, and we replace carpet where necessary, and paint after a tenant moves out. In order to maintain the highest quality of living, as is our policy, we hold our residents responsible for damages done to the apartment while living with us. We are not doing things to be mean or inconvience you. In order to maintain the high standards we have for our community we must hold everyone, regardless of length of time, friendship, or personal matters responsible for damages that occur in the home. If we did not, over the course of the years the apartment homes would not meet our high standards. I am very sorry that you are feeling unjustly charged and would be happy to discuss it with you or put you in contact with our corporate office. We do strive to make everyone's time with us pleasant and enjoyable. Again we are truly sorry for making you feel this way.

does the "highest quality of living" include the outdated kitchen, appliances, and horrible paint job to name a few???? it plainly comes down to the fact that the tenants pay a lot of money to rent at Turnberry and in return do not have nice, updated apartments or trust worthy staff to show for it.....
