I lived here for one year with 2 roommates. Its in a nice location, a quiet area away from main roads. We never needed maintenace to come as everything worked well the entire time we lived there. The floorplan is a generic garden apartment, so its not very exciting, but it will do. The roads started to get in bad condition when we left, lots of pot holes.
