I am moving out of these apartments right now. I have lived here for about 18 months and I hate it. I can here all my neighbors when their kids cry or they are in the shower or playing music (and these are all normal noise levels - not excessively loud). I have had 3 rental management agencies in the 18 months I have lived there and each company tries to "interpert" your lease differently. The current company will not return my phone calls (and I never get a person when I call their office, just an answering machine)so I have no clue how or where to turn in my keys (their office is not on premise)or if they need anything else from me. It is just very frustrating, and I feel as though I am being punished because I didn't want to renew my lease. The grounds people are very rude, blocking parts of the parking lot for hours with their equipment & I have had to park at another building (which really sucks when you have a lot of groceries to carry in). It started off not too bad, but just has gone down hill in recent months.
