This place is a dump and I can't wait to move! I've lived her for five years and when I first moved in it wasn't bad. The clientele has definitely changed, as has the appearance of the property. The rent is cheap, but you truly get what you pay for. You can hear everything around you, including your neighbors using the bathroom and having sex. It's like having a roommate, but not being able to see him. If you're considering this place, it is worth spending a couple hundred dollars more a month to be in a nicer place, one that is built better and managed by a reputable company. Avoid Triangle Real Estate Services, Ardent Properties and ANYTHING remotely associated with with the owner of these companies!
