like someone else wrote on here...do your research. ardent is a horrible horrible company that is only in the business to take your money. they are formally triangle real estate and had to change its name because they had such bad ratings with the better business bureau. they actually told the BBB that they would no longer respond to complaints because they had so many against them.

the water/sewer bill is ridiculous too. the people at the "water company" told me that $4.50 admin fee on the bill goes directly back to the leasing office. not ot mention the other $7 fee that goes to the billing company. speaking of leasing office, they change people working there every two months so no one ever knows what is going on or cares about helping you. my car was broken into twice and nothing ever done about it. i called to follow up a week later...the person i talked to was fired and no one even knew what happened.

theres no regulation on the parking here and you're lucky to find a spot around your apartment. you can hear EVERYTHING in these places. people outside partying or yelling as well as your upstairs neighbors tv at night. i moved out of this place after that wind storm in sept and drove by the other day. all the buidings still have tarps on them and look like crap. the only thing going for these places is they are pretty cheap for the location. but you get what you pay for.

id not only stay away from this property, but all ardent properties. the company itself extorts money out of its residents through deposits, water bill, and could care less about their customers or fixing up the property. you've been warned.

Wow thanks for posting this i was just about to apply for an apartment there but i dont think im going to anymore thank you very much for saving me from this.
