awful place to live !! i want to start out by saying that these apt. are so cheaply built that the lower units sound like your neighbor is going to come through your ceiling & the above unit has to walk on egg shells or you will receive a letter on your door from the office. mngt. changes every

Good for the price I lived here for one year with 2 roommates. Its in a nice location, a quiet area away from main roads. We never needed maintenace to come as everything worked well the entire time we lived there. The floorplan is a generic garden apartment, so its not very exciting,

No problems! I have lived here for 9 months and it has been great! The staff was very nice and helpful when I first moved in and, thankfully, I haven't had to be in contact with them since...no problems to report! I feel safe and love being on the second floor b/c I get my own little

Great location. Good layout. Poor construction (thin walls and loud floors). I've lived here for 3 years and overall it's great for the price. I would strongly recommend an upstairs unit, as the floors are VERY squeaky and I imagine it's better to be the one making the noise as
