I have lived at Brentwood for two years things were good until last summer when the Bloods and Crips were fighting in front of my building and shot it up. When it was on the news the management said channel 6 had the wrong property. Now I have 2 drug dealers that live below me. I have informed the office several times about this but they have done nothing. So if you sell drugs, in a gang or a crack ----- this is the place for you. They have filled it with trashy people. Be ware it might look nice on the outside but once you get in its horrible.

Who said anything about moving? I do not talk to my neighbors you are jumping to conclusions!! I'm guessing this is a staff memeber. Just for the record I have a very good friend who works for CPD and has told me ever since I moved in to Brentwood to leave because it is not a good property.

It's pretty sad that you have to bad mouth your community as your leaving. Did you forget to mention that there has not been any problems here since that one incident which was not even caused by a resident? Shame on you! The management has done nothing but improve our community since they took over. You forgot to mention the wonderful resident appreciation week that they just had. They had breakfast, a kids day complete with jumpee machine, ice cream social and pool party with prizes. And, we now have a resident manager that we can call at night should we have any problems. You should let people make their own judgements on where to live and not post mean untrue statements because you are upset. I am happy to live here and glad I choose Brentwood as my home. PS I live in the same courtyard where that occured (Might I mention that was like 15 months AGO) and we haven't had any trouble back there since. Happy moving! Oops to me for "jumping to conclusions!" If you are SOOOO unhappy here and it such a terrible place then why would one think you would still be staying here. And NO, I'm not a staff member (correctly spelled). Maybe you should stop "jumping to conclusions". And if your "friend" at CPD says it is so bad then why would you still be here? Guessing you are just making stuff up to cause trouble.

Maybe he isn't bad mouthing because he is leaving, but leaving because it isn't a good place to live? I smell an employee on that comment.....

It is 2009 and that property has gotten worse. It is filled with drugs and gangs... thanks Mayor Coleman. I don't understand the people who join gangs, sell drugs and terrorize their neighborhoods, but then again, I was not raised that way. There has been so much crime in that neighborhood lately. It's too bad they can't get rid of the trash and fill it up with upstanding citizens.
