I thought everything about BWL was nice from the floorplans to the office staff. The only thing I ever had a complaint about was that they have one trash compacter serving the ENTIRE complex. Alwasy trashbags around the compactor and sometimes on the main road where people forget to drop off their trash.
Ample parking. Friendly office staff and they always completed work orders within 48 hours regardless of day or time.
Highly recommended.
