| Plaza Properties owns Briarcliff Plaza. Large Corporations with little regard for their residents. Moving people into apartments clearly not suitible for humans. When my neighbor's moved in; the capet had not been cleaned, replaced, nor vaccumed. It matted down, stains/burns ... more | ||||||||||||
