I lived in this apartment for 8mths the apartment it self is fine if nothing breaks because even when I turned in a matinence order things would never get fixed. When I first moved in there were bee hives and a trash bag full of paint and paint sticks. Since I have 3 small children I asked for these problems to be addressed in the whole 8 months they never were. In the one month that I was late on my rent I made arangments with the owner to make my payment late and they put an eviction on my record even though I paid them $850 dollars for one month of rent. Once I was tired of the rude and not very smart manger I decided to move within my last month there right after I moved my things out I went back to gather my mail and all mail was taken, and the apartment was already painted 2 weeks before my scheduled court date. When I went into the apartment I found a neighbors mail that moved out 2 weeks prior to me for the same reasons on the counter in my apartment. When I asked the manager why she was in the apartment illegaly and asked where my mail was she started screaming and cussing telling me that b/c I didn't pay my rent on time she could go in there anytime she wanted to and that any of my mail was trash and maybe the neighbor kids were playing with the mail. All apartments have mail slots the door would have been unlocked and opened for the neighbor kids to get my mail. Needless to say whe I advised her to have her story together because I would be at court with my attorney they dismissed the case and never showed:)
