Great community !

I was a little surprised to see some of the negative comments on this site because the staff (including maintenance) hasd always seemed genuinely interested in keeping me happy. There was one issue when it took 2 weeks to get a part for my screen door but ,other than that all of my requests were completed usually within a day or two.
The office has replaced 2 appliances when I felt they were to old (after coming out to inspect them). I have 2 kids and a dog and I'm happy to say that I will be re-signing a new lease!
