I moved to this complex when I first moved to Columbus right out of High School while attending DeVRY. I only lived at Eastgreen for a year because of all the crime within the property. I also had numerous issues with the heating/ac never working. Maintenance did their best but you could tell they were on a budget so they had to half ass everything. The final straw is when we lost our A/C 3 weeks before the lease ran out in '98, having a 3 week old baby, and a nagging girlfriend, we packed up and moved down the road to Stoneycreek. Eastgreen SUCKED, Stoneycreek was awesome. I will say that this complex has/had potential, it is close to I-70, shopping, etc. But the complex has been poorly maintained for a number of years.
