I am a young 19 year old father, and my girlfriend and I have a 16 month old and a baby on the way. Unfortuately Eastgreen is the only place we can currently afford. We have installed a window A/C unit because central air doesnt work. In the winter the windows are drafty, and I am forced to light a raging fire in the fireplace. The chimneys dont look like they have been cleaned in many years. When we leave, I have often times left the fireplace burning in hopes we would come home to find the building on the ground. No such luck, yet. Fortuately our lease is up in October.
