....DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, PLEASE!!!!!!! I moved in to this place because I needed a place ASAP. I had moved from Cali and my Mother decided to boot my husband and I out when I was 6 months pregnant. So we came here and was told we could not see a one bedroom apartment because none were clean. We needed a place ASAP, WE WERE HOMELESS. When we moved in, I was excited, until I unlocked the door and the apartment was not clean! Dishes in the dishwasher, rotten food in the fridge, paint over my mirrors, the linoleum was coming up off of the floor and was taped in places. Almost a year later and I still cannot clean my floor of some blue paint. The tub, toilet, sink and bathroom floor were filthy. They cleaned the carpets with trash on them. I was so upset! I had to go to work knowing that I had to clean after being on my feet for 9 hours. I threw a fit and got 50 bucks off the next months rent, but it took that much for the cleaners I bought!!!!! They moved me in next door, KNOWING I WAS DUE TO HAVE A NEWBORN, to a well known drug addict. The woman was nuts!!! The cops here knew her by name and face. She put me through hell and ended up in jail because she didn't go to her court eviction appointment. Now she's gone and the whole neighborhood has new neighbors with CAR stereo systems that shake my house and street bikes that burn out until 4 am. The property management here sucks. Jeff, the manager, IS A LAZY, UNCARING BASTARD WHO ALLOWS ALL THE SLIME TO MOVE IN AND NEVER CALLS YOU BACK ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINTS... On the advertisements they say they have tennis & basketball courts, a pool, laundry facility, assigned parking. It's all horseshit. The tennis courts are dirty and unkempt. There are no hoops on the basketball courts. the pool is tiny, enclosed by the office and half the time the water is green. The laundry facility is tagged with graffiti and trashed, the washers ruin your clothes and the dryers don't DRY. Assigned parking is a big f**king joke!! Kids run rampid at all hours of the night and trash the mailboxes, throw rocks at your windows and glass sliders.... The cops coast through regularly and people cap guns off on occassion....I added pictures of what my apartment looked like upon move in.

Wow, I think anyone with a child, homeless or not, would hate it here. You're dense. Short bus dense.
