I moved to Eastgreen during a divorce, a quick decision that I have since regretted. There have been numerous units that have burned out around me and remained burned out. Although they hang new blinds in the burned out units to make them appear as though the damage was cleaned up. My air conditioning was out for a few weeks while I asked repeatedly to have it fixed. It was not until I offered to call a professional and take it off the rent did they actually fix it. There are frequent visits by police officers to the neighborhood, break ins, and other offenses that I do not know the details to.
