My husband and I lived her for a year back in in 04-05. We got the ice storm that year and we were out of power for 5 days and when the power came back on we had 7 main lines bust just in our apartment. The apartment manager refused to help us, refused to give us any information. Our entire apartment was under water and lots of stuff ruined. They never fixed anything!!! They had a guy come out and use a carpet cleaner to get the water out of the floor but thats it. The ceiling was soaked and after a week or so it started cracking and breaking. Mold starting growing up the walls after a month and the entire apartment stunk!!! We moved shortly after that. I do NOT recommend this place at all!!!!!!!

eastgreen is the worst place to live, I worked there as maintenance and they wouldn't buy parts to fix anything. The manager Jan Johnson is a joke she doesn't have any people skills or knowledge of property up keep and appearance. I do not suggest living there unless you are a cochroach they take care of you there.
