I worked and lived there as maintenance. they wouldn't buy parts to fix anything unless the fire marshal said they would shut them down. Jan Johnson was the problem and probably still is, They said I owed them like $1,500 to damages to the apartment, but in all actuality they gave me a ---- apartment and I was to fix it which I did I had it nice. DO NOT LIVE THERE UNLESS YOU ARE A COCHROACH THEN THEY'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU.
