If you can't get anything else.

My wife and I moved into this community in March of 2006. At the time we had time and budget constraints and chose Highland Park because they accepted us for immediate move-in. Now it is obvious why there were so many available units.
The contractors hired to replace the flooring damaged several of the interior doors and walls and failed to hook up the appliances after they left. It has been 7 months since I notified maintenance about the damages and nothing has been done.
The walls and floors are thin, so noise is an issue. Parking at night is also a pain due to limited space.
Avoid this community if possible, or upgrade soon after.
