I've lived here for 2 years now and I'm only moving because I got a new job. The people who think these apartments are horrible have clearly never lived in a truly bad apartment! Yes, sometimes you have to park far away, but the parking lot has plenty of spots so you never have to park on the street. The only crime is a few cars getting broken into, but those cars had expensive stereos, etc., in plain sight (not that that's an excuse). You just have to be smart about it and lock your doors. I've never felt unsafe here as a female living alone. They allow pets of all kinds; I have a rabbit with free reign of the house, no monthly fee except for cats & dogs. The maintenance has gotten a lot better since the change in management, and the property manager, Lisa, is really friendly and helpful. I think the biggest problem is noise, but that's part of living in an apartment complex. Plus, there's a strict no-noise policy, so if you complain it will be taken care of. I personally have never had a problem with the noise, and I work 3rd shift and sleep during the day. Overall they're very nice apartments (I love my porch, w/d in every unit) and very fairly priced.
