Apartments are OK but neighbourhood is not good.

I lived in these apartments and they are old but OK to live. Recently roof top has been changed for all apartments. Windows are not good, I don't think they were ever changed after apartments were built. Note that they charge extra for water and there is no individual meter for apartments and the monthly water could be about $50 based on number of people in the house and number of bathrooms. There are couple of break-ins and kids from bad neighbourhood (Postwoods apartments in Daughtery lane) roam around in this apartment complex. Don't keep anything outside, they will be stolen by these kids mostly during night time. There are few incidents of car windows were broken and cut tires on vehicles parked outside. Dry walls don't have much insulation, so you can hear your neighbour's music and TV. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
