lived here since 2005. maintainance problems are minimal, and fixed when needed. very rude neighbors, though, and very inconsiderate. those problems are not resolved. parking is usually not a problem. getting ready to move, and have discovered that for the price for sq ft, this place is a rip-off. gated community, nice, but the damn gate never opens, especially when cold or rainy. they should rip it out. kids destruct property, and steal things off porches, and parents dont care. things like that make it undesireable to live here, or return. management co. used to be flexible, now wont do anything extra for you.
