I agree with the other comments that the staff is terrible! I called to have my dryer fixed over three months ago and have had no one fix it yet! The lazy girl in the office says "Ill put it right on the list for them and get it done in the morning." The morning has never come. I have also had flying ants ALL over my apartment for 2 months and called twice to have someone spray and no one has called me or come to check on it. I ended up getting my own bug spray. The younger woman in the office is absolutely terrible! She acts like you are the priority but really her priority is her smoke break and flirting with the disgusting maintenance crew. Plus she is rarely in the office when she is supposed to be.

Across the way there are the most obnoxious children I have ever met. I am a school teacher and would be horrified if any of my students behaved the way they do. They are constantly hitting the side of my apartment and windows with whatever object they may be playing with for the day.

The only plus about this place is it was a cheap move-in special in pinch. There is plenty of storage, if you live alone, and the kitchen isnt too bad. There are some chunks out of the counter top and the inside lining of the cabinets are falling off in both the kitch and the bathroom! They will how you the really cute model but definitely DO NOT expect that to be your place.

When moving in I noticed a large water stain on one of the outlets in the bedroom which seriously made me wonder. I have never used the outlet because I asked the maintenance men to check it out and they only painted over it! CRAZY! JUST SAY NO!
