well let me start by saying that if nothing ever broke it wouldnt be that bad, but maintenance takes forever to do anything, then when the maintenance man does come he does not seem to really know what hes doing, brings a girl with him and they roll the dice and guess what could be wrong, same problem 4 times still not fixed, hire better help please !!!!!!!

This review is from a former employee, Jim Harper, who was fired from Oakbrook's maintenance department. He is angry and jealous and acting like a child. Sounds like he needs to get over it and move on. He also wrote the bad review on 4/6/09. His email address is in the name of another employee at Oakbrook, DUH!!! I'm sure she really wrote that - NOT!!! Her name isn't even spelled correctly. How lame, Jim.

Well, thank you for your input - we listened!! As of April 2009 we now have QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED maintenance men (unlike the last one we had.)
