I have been a Resident of Pendleton Lake East since Nov 2002, and have never had a problem. The Staff are always pleasant upon Greetings. The Neighborhood is quiet, and safe.The Lake, and Watching the Ducks are such a Joy. The Maintenance Team is outstanding. I have only had minor problems I even had a refrigerator that was on it's last leg, and when I came home after a long days work I had a Brand NEW Refrigerator.What a TREAT! The Clean Up by the Maintenance team was outstanding. I would recommend to other people to reside with Pendleton Lake. I look forward to going to my home everyday. Keep Up the Great WORK.
