After living here one year I received spam worthy notices in my door. The first said children should play in grass and may not ride bikes on sidelwalks or other places for pedistrians. Then a letter that states children may not play in grass because they are wearing it. Then a letter that said children may not hang from trees however they may play in grass near alley behind complex. While maitance is excellence there is absolutley nothing for children to do except play in feild where all dogs are allowed to poop without owners being required to pick up. Everytime a neighbor complains the whole complex gets a letter. Give me a break!!! Too small for market rent too.
