I lived in Pendleton Lake from May 2005- May of 2007 and would recommend it. The one bedroom comes with a W/D and all you pay is electric. Water is added onto your rent but even with water added I only paid around $499/month for rent! It is in a nice neighboorhood and I did not have any problems with the office staff. I moved b/c Brice Road traffic is horrible and if you have to be at work at 8am you have to leave by 7:15 at the latest to get to work on time.
