Someday I plan to have a home of my own, but in the meantime a Rosebrook Village apartment is an excellent alternative. The two-story, two-bedroom, town home style apartments are well-built and well-maintained, with extra amenities such as a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and access to digital cable and broadband Internet. In addition to prompt service for maintenance problems, the management is very proactive in the upkeep of the grounds, from beautiful landscaping and timely snow removal to regular repair of the pavement. Although within Columbus City limits, the apartments have Reynoldsburg postal addresses and students attend the Gahanna-Jefferson school district. Situated on the corner of Broad St. and Rosehill Rd., the complex has convenient access to I-270 and a variety of nearby stores, including Giant Eagle, Kroger, and Meier. The complex also adjoins a large, pleasant residential Reynoldsburg neighborhood, helping preserve a sense of peace despite the proximity to busy Broad St. There are, however, two other factors to consider. First, the complex is not too far from some of the Columbus airport's flight paths; I've never heard a plane when inside with windows closed, but with the windows open I hear an airliner pass overhead once in a while. Second, this section of Broad St. is growing fast, and in the future this could have a negative effect on the neighborhood. At least for now, however, this is an excellent place to call home.
