My children and I moved to Ohio from New York in April, 2002 and lived with my sister in the Rosebrook Village Community until in September, 2002 we got our own apartment. The Rosebrook Village staff Lisa Conrad and Elizabeth Porter are two ladies that are quite efficient and make things happen when you need prompt service for maintenance problems; management is very proactive in the upkeep of the grounds and beautiful landscaping.
The Rosebrook Village Community is within the Columbus City limits, but the apartments have Reynoldsburg postal addresses and students attend Gahanna-Jefferson schools, which is an excellent school district for children. The Community is situated centrally and has convenient access to I-270 and a variety of nearby stores Giant Eagle, Kroger, and Meijer and numerous banks Huntington, National City, Fifth Third and Chase. The complex is conveniently located about 10 minutes away from Port Columbus Airport. If you are now starting out and looking for an apartment, at least for now, however, this is an excellent place to call home.
