We moved into Rosebrook from Annhurst Apartments and for the small increase in price (approx. $50 more) it is absolutely great. The garages are fully enclosed and spacious, and the apartment layout is fantastic. The only complaint I have is on the weekends parking becomes a bit of a challenge, but overall I plan to stay here for a long time. The pool area is always clean, and the property is always manicured. We did have some problems with appliances, but it was addressed quickly. All of the staff are passionate about the property and they are great people. The apartments are amazingly quiet and spacious, which is rare for the price. I feel very safe here, and I am very happy with the apartment, I highly recommend it!!
