My room mate and i have been here almost a yr and are leaving when our lease is up, we're both moving on to dirfferent areas of town. But we love our apt. we love the leasing staff, they have always been super helpful. Maintnance is wonderful, promt and even helpful with the unusual things. I am pregnant and had a crib delivered to my apt and the fedex guy didn't even ring the doorbell or know he just left it against the door. I called the office and half an hour later the maint guy was there moving it into my front hall way. he certainly didn't have to be so helpful. We have had Noise issues with the neighbors on both sides but both have been seemingly resolved. Parking has not been a problem, although the ice in the winter is pretty scary on the walkways( to be honest no apt complex i have lived in this columbus takes care of salting some are barely willing to get the lots plowed ). There has been no crime we have seen, I feel very very safe living here. I'll be sad to be leaving in the fall.
