Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
After a 10-year pristine rental history, Mgt. decided to alter that when I moved out. During walk-through, NO MENTION made of ANY "damages". Lived here 3 years, carpet was just "fair" when I moved in (building was already 2-3 years old) and was definately ready to be replaced by move out. 31 days later, received security deposit "refund" minus carpet repairs! Had to call "Cindy" who nastily explained there was a "pink stain" in the living room the size of 2 quarters. THEY STOLE $200 from me essentially and I was too busy having a baby to fight about it :(
