We loved this community when we first moved in during the spring of 07. They say gated community but thats a crock! The gate only worked the first 3 months that we lived here and when you ask about why it hasn't been fixed they respond that they can't figure out whats wrong with it. A lot of the apartments are over run with mold and they refuse to do anything about it except for putting in new window panes. The apartment next to us has been condemned for mold! We are on our 5th manager in 2 years so thats awesome! They look good from a distance but completely disgusting once you look inside!
