I lived there for a year. The places are kinda nice, roomy, and maint isnt bad. I'm not complaining about the apartment itself except it was really creaky and noisy. I couldn't wait to move. The place is very noisy. I had fat abnoctious lady and her kids who lived above me and were so loud. She would pound around in her room above mine at all hours of the night just to be a nast b*#$%. Management didn't do a thing. There was a bus stop right infront of my door and the kids there are really nasty, knocking and running, they ruined the mailboxes and it took forever to get them replaced. Management were asses. When it came time to move out, the manager sat on her computer trying to say she was too busy to walk through with me and to just leave the key. My apartment was right in the same parking lot as the office. She was just too fat to walk out 100 feet to see the place. Then they never called me and never returned my $700 deposite. She refused to work with me and was horrible. Utilities were nasty. I had a $650 gas bill once, and a small place with just me didn't use that much gas in one month. The address for the gas is through their address, not yours. I knkow I was paying for the gas for the main office and my building because they were all together. I kept asking to be shown my meter but never got responses because I know they were screwing me over. Also when I left they never confirmed with the gas company that I left, even though I took it out of my name, they tried to still leave my name their. Gas people excuse was that the manager has to confirm that the tenant is moved out until the office can out the gas back in their name. So they illegally let the new tenant get free gas in my name. They frauded me and left me with this big bill, more than $2000. I moved to an all electric place and didn't use gas, so this went on for a while till I got a gas bill one day saying it was way over due and they were turning it off. I'm pissed someone way allowed to fraud my name and get free gas for a while and they allowed it. I'm still working with my lawyers to sue them for this crap, and my deposite.
This place is ghetto with it dumbass kids running around ruining everything, some of the neighbors are nast ghetto people and management is so rediculous and incompetant. Don't waist your time and money. Its not worth it. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
