I moved here because it is the only place close to work that fits my budget. Now I wouldn't mind living further away. They delayed letting me move in so they could paint, which they never did. All the closet handles fell off the doors, the entire apartment was never cleaned from the last tenant (I still find their stuff everywhere, including food), the entrances to the building are ALWAYS broken, the blinds are falling apart, the lobby/hallways/elevators are always completely filthy with trash everywhere, teenagers sit in the stairwells and use drugs, condom wrappers everywhere, every car in the parking lot gets keyed, they charge me more than they said they would, all the tenants are incredibly loud, especially late at night, it seems like everyone has a crying baby that they're yelling at, the laundry room is moldy and the fitness room is a joke. Don't move here, it's a dirty, ghetto hell. Nearly $600 a month for a broken down one bedroom like this' You must be kidding, Karam Management. Oh, by the way, there are now roaches.
