I had wrote a review once before when I first moved in about how I had enjoyed it (Dec 06) But now since we are under new management I don't know what the hell to say now! First off they charge now for every little thing like for just a extra spear key to your apartment i think its like $70. If you are ever locked out your apt.I think they charge you for that too.You have to pay for a pool pass and even for those people who forget they are washing and leave their clothes in the washer for extra time, if they catch it(so to speak) they charge like $30! Its Crazy here! My new neighbors are so loud I cant stand it. And last but not least once your lease is up or close to being up you better decide on what you going to do because if you don't renew you lease with them they will charge a extra$150 on top of what you already owe for rent just for going month to month. So If you know you are going to move handle it before tat lease is up or all the money you could have used for a new place will be giving to them.
