You do not want to live here. I've found the new manager to be non-responsive in addressing issues I've brought to her attention. They are renting to just about anyone, and I'll have you know someone was screaming out the window the other night...at no one in particular...sending shout-outs, using profanity etc. This was at 11:30pm. I've also had neighbors stand out in the hallway outside my apartment and yell. If you want to live in a jungle where no one seems to care, live here. Residents drop garbage anywhere they please. You have to "walk" your garbage outside to the dumpster. And I haven't seen a maintenance man since the new managers took over. So, I have stuck to the floor in the lobby on several occasions.

Also, the manager does not enforce the rules, so there are sheets over windows for months, VERY loud music, and the other day I had someone loitering outside my window, actually, there were 4-5 men smoking and making a lot noise.

I could go on and on but I won't. So if you want a nice clean, safe place where everyone respects their neighbors and don't blast music all night, don't live here. I've been here 7 years and I plan to move when my lease is up.

I totally agree with this resident. I also live at Dorchester and plan to move when my lease is up. I would not recommand this place to anyone, unless ghetto is your style. I moved in before for the new management took over and since new management there has been a drastic decreased in the quality of this complex. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied. I really thought this was going to be a place I could stay for awhile but my lease is up soon and I am moving on!

This place was wonderful March of 07 when I moved here and the rent was great. I thought i hit the jackpot when I moved here and i planned to live here until i finished college and got married one day. Yea right. Im moving out in one month. Ever since the new management took over this apartment did a whole 360 degree!

I agree with everybody, this place anit ----.Ive been here 2 yrs and im already half moved out.Im sorry i every moved here.I feel sooo bad for the people that lost everything in the fire, its awful, and the mangement could care less. I live on the 4th floor were the fire was but on the other end, and everything i had in storage is ruined.I heard from a friend that lost everything in the fire that karma has sold this property, im not surprised, for those of u that still live here,i would do what u have to and get the hell out. Happy new year to everyone and god bless.
