This was my first place on my own and when I first moved here a year ago it was awesome! It was nice and quiet, clean, and the management had there stuff together. The inside of my apartment is also nice looking, nice carpet and paint, nice kitchen and bathroom. But that's the only thing thats great, the inside of my apartment, now lets talk about what happens when u step outside my apartment. When Karam management took over the late summer of 2007, the place went completley down hill. Now they just let any and everybody move in here, I mean people with no home training. The neighbors are soooo loud, they blast music at 9am, kids run up and down the hallways screaming at 1am, neighbors having intercourse soooo loud, I found condom wrappers in the laundry room and in the storage room, its trash everywhere and it stays there for weeks, black and mild fillings in the hallways, the laundry card machine NEVER works, so always have a backup plan to do your laundry (and it only take 5 dollar bills and up not ones like it used too). The management sends me eviction notices when I clearly paid my rent, as a matter of fact one month they credited my rent to someone else, sent me an eviction, and a court date and to top it all off, they put it on my credit!!! And I paid my rent on time! Now I have legal issues I have to sort out with them! The residence are so unruly, some kids jumped up on the top of my car and dented my roof of my car in! I havent even had my car for a year now. Oh, and the heaters are sooooo loud here. It sounds like someone is doing karate on the walls in fact im listening to it now as im typing this! I hate this building so much i cant believe how its changed so much in 6 months. I can go on and on but ill get carpal tunnel if I type how crappy this place is. Im moving out in 30 days!
