Dorchester- i have been residing in dorchester village apartments for five years, now that Karam management has taken over the apartments are now ghetto and dirty. These are now the new Richmond Heights Projects...... The school systems sucks.....The management and rental office are unprofessional and have no class what so ever.....They have the nerve to charge 5 dollars for pool pass when they use to be free so all the ghetto kids are going to be upset now.... Security where are u 'not patrolling dorchester when cars are being stolen everyday... What is Karam Management' never heard of it is that a sign.... bugs yes they bite at night its between ants and spiders..... the hallways wreek of marajuana and trash that sits in the hallways for days..... These apartments are a true example of you get what you paid for or what section 8 will pay for..... I wouldnt advised anyone to move here... i cant wait to move soon as my lease is up....

I totally agree with this person. Since new management, this property has drastically went down at a rapid rate. I can not believe what these apartments have turned into. My lease is up this month and I can not move out fast enough. The bug thing is so true. I started to notice these hopping bugs I have never seen before. The trash everywhere is just disgusting. I would not recommend anyone to move here unless you want to leave in a project-like setting. I honestly believe they take section 8 with the new type of renters that have been moving in and the way the buildings now look. And by the way they only have 2 maintainence guys and a chick to 4 buildings...image how things every get done!!!
