I moved her in October 2006 because I wanted to get my daughter out of the Cleveland Public School system. She only had 2 more years to go. When we first moved in, it was great. Quiet,nice. Now....its another story. The new owner sucks!!!! I hate where I live now. Whenever I call maintanence it takes them 2 days to respond. And not to mention the water leak I had this winter in my living room. It was like I had a waterfall whenever it rained, and when it first happened I called the emergency maintenance line, only to be told "There is nothing I can do." WTF''!!! What is the purpose of the damn emergency number then'! Apparently, they already knew about a problem with the roof that the new owner was too damn cheap to fix, so I called the Tenant's Rights Association to hold my rent. I pay too much money a month to feel like I'm in the damn projects. I was told by one of the maintenance workers that the new owner cut the maintenance staff down from 30 to 4 people!!! For 4 buidlings with 4 floors!!! And that he had to go and buy his own tools to work because the new owner stopped the petty cash account. The office manager just walked off and quit. He told me alot that I won't say, but it's ridiculous. What kind of company is this'! COME ON!! And then whoever it is has the damn nerve to come here in a damn helicopter. I wanted to egg it one day. I feel like now, they are letting any and every body move in. I too think they take Section 8 now, but I'm not sure. Needless to say, I will be moving out of state first of the year.
