Richmond Park is a wonderful place to call home. I recently moved in about 4 months ago. I have never had any complaints and really enjoy where I live. The staff is very helpful and very eager to meet all of my needs. I would definately recommend this community to all my friends and family.

We must not be living in the same apartment complex because the office staff at Richmond Park Apartments are impossible to get hold of. They rarely answer the phone and do not return messages in a timely manner. I expect to be treated with honesty and respect which does not happen at Richmond Park. The staff is dishonest and deceitful. Also, on going to meet with a member of the staff to discuss my lease, I have noticed that the remaining staff are literally goofing off, frequently with the receptionists young daughter who is allowed to run rampant through the offices, making noise, and generally being distracting. It creates a very unprofessional environment.
