terrible and sneaky management

I don't want to mention anything about the terrible management here. Many people have complained here. One thing I do want to mention is: you never expect to get your security deposit back in full, no matter how clean you have kept the apartment. One leasing manager stated that "receipt of professional cleaning needs to be provided, otherwise carpet cleaning cost will be debeted from the security deposit". Readers, please think carefully before moving to this property. You may get a small incentive when move in, but they will take more back by other means.

Did you just tell them they needed to treat you like "GOD"? This seems to be a web site that does nothing but blast rental properties. I enjoy Richmond park, I also checked out the two other places I lived that I liked- Same thing horrible reviews. Sounds like you are unhappy but I think your comments are crossing the lines. After reading all responses I'm going to ask the obvious question: If you are THAT UNHAPPY why wouldn't you have moved to the other apartment they offered you? Sounds to me like your just a complainer! Again I live at Richmond Park, I wont give it a 5, but I really do like my apartment and I have never had any problems with the staff here, they have always been more then helpful!

sounds to me that they were giving you options and it didn't work with "your schedule". That previous comment from that person saying you wanted to be treated like God seems true.... I am interested in renting from richmond park and got a chuckle from this--are their any real problems to worry about?

To Mizclutz:
I take back my previous words of "customers are god". What I really want to meant is just a metaphor of derserved service and respectation. They did say something offensive to me and made me pissed off. I do pay for regular rent (without discount) and I deserve to have a quite apartment. So far I have no feel of being respected. As a former resident said to them "You guys really need to work hard on current residents." I will step away from this property for sure. Maybe you guys think my comments are biased, that's not a problem. Everyone has his/her own standards and judgments. Read others' comments as well. Yes, they finally agreed to let me transfer, but the condition is that I need to go through the whole application procedure, pay fees for credit query, "surely deposit", and $300 transfer fee? Hey, I want to transfer the apartment because of the noise. Are these the cost I should pay for to transfer to a quite apartment? Who pays me for the added cost of being forced to transfer? I don't want to talk to them about the noise problem any more, just wait for a couple of more months to move out.

This is an old apartment complex and yes it is true that they don't care about existing residents.

Nope, they only care about attracting loud and disrepectful tenants, or those that have more people in the apartment then bedrooms. They don't seem to value loyal tenants, tenants that rented here and stayed here because of Skyline...........and hate it because of the present managemant company.
