They refused to call me back after a complaint about the elevator not working properly for two months. I also tried to call Richmond Park apartment management and always got voicemail, after leaving numerous messages I never got a returned call. Whenever I had a problem I had to to wait over a week when I needed something repaired. They never responded in an timely fashion, they took there time fixing whatever needed to be repaired. The management staff at Richmond Park are unpleasant, not helpful, and very inconsiderate.

Other than the terrible management and poor maintenance, this is actually not a bad place to live. I hope things go better for you at the next place you call home!

I think it's a very nice place to live but the kids here are out of control I think Stephanie and Besty are very helpful and nice

Yes, the kids are out of control.....what are the monitors for if they do not use them to make the building secure and see the havoc these kids case?
