One of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. My apartment was clean when I moved into it, and I'm thrilled to say I have never had to call maintenance once.

A lot of people are complaining about the management company but I don't know why. I've never had any problems with them..

I would definitely tell people that Richmond Park is a great place to move.

Congratulations; that's one unit out of how many hundred. Nice to know they can get one person's right at least. Moving out of there was the best decision I ever made.

When i completed my move in inspection form it was full of problems that i didnt see in the model apartment plus there was other people in the office compaining of problems too! not to mention as many times i had to call for heating issues last winter, cooling issues this summer and just to mention some of the staff is great. What happened to the leasing manager guy, that guy was very helpful and honest. I moved out of there as soon as possible. Horrible!

I'm sure you moved into one of the newer apartments, it not believe me you would have the same problems as those of us who have been loyal tenants who were treated with respect by Skyline Managment. Plus,as people move out they try to rent out the newer apartments. Sadly, tenants who have been here are not allowed the option of their apartment being renovated......told you would have to move to a new apartment and pay a new deposit. I have to say I love being in B building and my neighbors are nice, quiet and clean........why can't tenants of older apartments have their apartment upgraded, we have been loyal tenants. They hiked up our rent and nothing was done to the apartment to enhance it. Old faucet, kitchen tiles coming up, dishwasher that doesn't clean.
