Nothing to Write Home About

Walls are paper thin. Population is generally older adult, who are actually better neighbors than the middle-aged ones. I am 44, and I am not able to listen to my computer's music tracks in my bedroom even with the music below conversation level without the "upwardly mobile" yuppies next door complining. Rocky River, as a community, has given me the impression of racial bigotry because of what I perceive to be "profiling" by its police department. Overall, if you are white and extremely conservative, you should fare well. But if you are "different", either in ethnicity (skin color) or "liberal", you will be quite aggravated.
Repair-wise, the appliances and fixtures are extremely low-cost (cheap). If you get an apartment on the top floor, the window air conditioning units do little during the day to keep cool. The service and management is fair to good, and the aesthetics and surroundings are quite nice, but to me, the disadvantages do not outweigh the benefits.
