If you are a mature adult this is a great place for you. The only major complaint is not so much the apartment as the extremely noisy and dirty construction going on right across the street. They are re-doing what was once Wetgate mall and the noise (which is extreme) can go almost 24 hours a day. It starts at 7:00 AM and several times I have been awaken past 3:00 AM and they are still working. If you can endure the noise and the great amount of dirt from the construction you may have found a good home. They provide a social activities calendar to keep one involved, it is however geared towards the more mature residents.
