I moved last month (March 2008). There are much nicer apartments for a lot less money. I would advise you to do your research before you rent there. Notice how management commented on how someone renewed their lease, and gave themselves a high rating' Shady business...

Pros:
-Central air,
-nice sized rooms,
-plenty of kitchen cabinet space,
-security cameras,
-nice location, about 30-45 mins from downtown (during rush hour)
-heat and water included (however most places are the same)

Cons:
-Hallways stink. "No Smoking" signs are posted throughout the building, yet there are ashtrays attached to the wall in the hallways near the elevators. People constantly smoke cigarettes in the hall

-Management could not care less about your problems. Anything you report is not treated with priority, he/she almost seemed annoyed that you called.

-Central air was not working for most of my first winter there. They gave a few residents a little electric heater.

-There is no way for UPS, FED EX, etc to get into the building to deliver packages.

-The parking spots are very narrow
